I am Deines
My background is journalism, and for years I worked in marketing and e-commerce. But on the side, there was always something else: photography classes, pastry lessons at night, baking on weekends.
Those things born from boredom and curiosity eventually led me to Italy, to the University of Gastronomic Sciences, where I thought I was going to write about tasty food.
Instead, I left with something more meaningful: a commitment to food culture and what it means to humanity. I learned why we must defend good food, the people who produce it, and the land where it grows.
When I’m not behind the camera, I’m exploring new culinary experiences, wandering through Oslo, or painting (at least trying to).
